Truckee from the train. There are lots of quaint little towns along the way. We will actually stay in Truckee in a couple of weeks or so.

These were our wonderful friends we met during our first dinner meal in the dinning car. Jenny & Allen Stewart are from England, UK and were on holiday. We enjoyed each other as couples so much we hung out together for most of our train trip. Love to be able to spend more time together.

Peggy got a kick out of my nylon cage for my 20″ wide bunk bed. To be honest, I could see how a side-sleeper might get thrown off with the constant rocking of the train and being on the top floor.
