Coastline beaches of northern CA. Beautiful, but rugged.

The road to Fern Canyon was an 8 mile drive with a water crossing or two. Gogo was a chicken and took the side route through.

Fern Canyon was an amazing place. Part of Jurassic Park, Star Wars and other movies was filmed here. You can see how the ferns line the walls of this canyon.

Poor quality but this is an Elk we came across when hiking to the Canyon of the Ferns.

This is Trinidad, coastal village north of Eureka. Sea stacks are rock formation that are left from constant wave erosion along the coastline.
